The final event of Concorde’s Up Close With Music concert series takes place at the Gallery of Photography, Temple Bar, featuring a new work by David Fennessy, Five Hofer Photographs and works by Matthew Whiteside’s and Rhona Clarke.

The 2012 Galway Arts Festival features the Crash Ensemble performing the premiere of Daniel Figgis’ commissioned-work dimmerswitch.

The Hiltown New Music Festival opens this Friday and features performances from Irish and international acts, sonic and visual installations, as well as a listening room for tape works.

The July concert of the Irish Composers’ Collective features works for piano trio by ICC member composers.
