The concert, entitled ‘Mirrors of Light’, is the last in the lunchtime series of concerts by the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra featuring Irish composers’ music.
The concert at the National Concert Hall takes place on 3 February 2015 and includes two of John Buckley’s works – A mirror into the light (1999) and Violin Concerto (2008) (with soloist Gwendolyn Masin) – alongside works by Jerome de Bromhead and Elliott Carter. The concert is conducted by Gavin Maloney.
